Wishport ("we," "us," or "our") operates the lead matching service at wishport.thekingdomsentinel.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our service, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information We Collect
When you complete our quiz and contact form, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your Disney trip preferences (destination, timing, group size, experience level, budget)
- Your conversation with our AI assistant
We also collect the following automatically:
- Site analytics (pages visited, actions taken, device type, general location) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
- Browser signals used by Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you are a real person when you submit the quiz form
- Error and performance data captured by Sentry when a technical issue occurs in the application
How We Use Your Information
- To match you with a Disney vacation specialist
- To share your trip details and conversation summary with your assigned specialist so they can prepare for your call
- To send you follow-up communications related to your Disney vacation inquiry
- To improve our matching process and AI assistant
- To measure and optimize our advertising campaigns
- To detect and prevent automated or fraudulent form submissions
- To diagnose and fix technical errors in the application
Information Sharing
We share your contact information and trip details with the Disney vacation specialist assigned to you. Your specialist will use this information to reach out and help plan your trip.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Wishport:
- Supabase — secure database storage for leads and agent records
- Anthropic — powers our AI chat assistant
- Resend — delivers lead notification emails to specialists
- Stripe — processes specialist billing (your payment details are never collected)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot-detection challenge on the quiz form; uses browser signals to confirm you are human without storing personal data or tracking you across sites
- Sentry — application error monitoring and performance tracking; may capture anonymized session context when errors occur
- Upstash — temporary rate limiting service; IP addresses are held for up to one hour to prevent abuse and are never stored permanently or linked to your identity
- Google Analytics — measures site traffic and funnel performance
- Meta Pixel — measures advertising effectiveness and supports ad targeting
Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar browser technologies for the following purposes:
- Bot detection — Cloudflare Turnstile uses browser signals (not cookies) to distinguish real users from bots when you submit the quiz. It does not track you across other websites.
- Error monitoring — Sentry uses a session identifier to correlate error reports. This data is used only to diagnose technical issues.
- Analytics — Google Analytics and Meta Pixel use cookies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Data Retention
We retain your contact information and trip details for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — primarily to facilitate your connection with a Disney specialist and any follow-up communication. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at the address below.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
