Meta data deletion
Wishport stores Meta connection data only when a workspace administrator authorizes a Meta business account for advertising reporting and controls.
Disconnect from Wishport
- Sign in to the Wishport workspace that connected Meta.
- Open the Meta Ads connection settings.
- Select Disconnect, review the warning, and confirm.
Wishport deletes the stored access token, Meta user identifier, selected ad account, Page, Pixel, ad set, granted permissions, and token-expiration data. Wishport also attempts to revoke its authorization through Meta when that grant is not shared by another Wishport workspace.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the workspace, email [email protected] from the address associated with your Wishport account. Include the workspace name and request deletion of its Meta connection data. We may verify account ownership before processing the request and will respond within 30 days.
Security records
Token-free connection security events may be retained where necessary to protect Wishport or meet legal obligations. These events do not contain access tokens, authorization codes, app secrets, or raw Meta API responses.
