Wishport ("we," "us," or "our") operates the lead matching service at wishport.thekingdomsentinel.com. By using our service or submitting the quiz form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Wishport Does
Wishport is an AI-assisted lead matching service. When you complete our quiz and contact form, we use your trip preferences to match you with an independent Disney vacation specialist. We then share your contact information and trip details with that specialist so they can reach out to you directly.
Wishport does not book vacations, process payments for travel, or guarantee any particular outcome from the matching process. We facilitate introductions — your relationship with any specialist you are matched with is between you and them.
Independent Specialists
Disney vacation specialists available through Wishport are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Wishport. Wishport does not supervise, control, or guarantee the services, advice, availability, or conduct of any specialist.
Any booking, planning, or advisory services a specialist provides are governed by the specialist's own agreements with you. Wishport is not a party to those arrangements and has no liability for them.
Consent to Contact
By submitting the quiz form, you agree to be contacted by a Disney vacation specialist matched through Wishport. Contact may be by phone call, text message, or email regarding your Disney vacation inquiry. Automated or pre-recorded calls or texts may be used. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive communications is not required as a condition of receiving any service. You may opt out of further contact from a specialist at any time by notifying them directly or by contacting us at [email protected].
No Booking Guarantee
Wishport does not guarantee that you will be matched with a specialist, that a specialist will respond, or that any specialist will be able to book your desired vacation. Availability of specialists and their capacity to take on new clients varies. The service is provided on a best-efforts basis.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when completing the quiz and contact form
- Use the service only for legitimate Disney vacation planning inquiries
- Not submit duplicate or fraudulent inquiries
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishport and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to any damages arising from your reliance on a specialist's advice, any failed or unsatisfactory booking, or any interruption or unavailability of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will meet your expectations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
