Pricing follows the intent tier: High intent is $25, Actively planning is $15, Early planning is $10. There is no subscription and no minimum. You see the tier before you pay, so you always know the price before you decide.
What do I see before I pay?
The intent tier and why it scored that way, plus destination, party size, travel timing, trip length, and trip range. Claiming is what unlocks the full brief, the traveler conversation, and their contact details.
Is the same lead sold to other agents?
No. Once you claim a lead it is never offered to anyone else. Before it is claimed it may be offered to other specialists in turn, but the moment you claim it, it is exclusively yours.
What if the lead turns out to be bad?
If a purchased lead is spam, fictitious, or has invalid contact information, request a refund from your dashboard. We review it against the submission, verification, and conversation records. To be clear about the boundary: a traveler choosing not to respond, engage, or book is not grounds for a refund. The tier describes what the traveler demonstrated when they submitted, not a promise about what they do next.
